Wireless Printing
Instructions for configuring your laptop for wireless printing are here: https://it.rutgers.edu/print-management/
Click on:PAPERCUT FOR OIT COMPUTER LABS then click on MOBILE PRINTING
After following the steps for your respective device above, remember:
1. Make sure you're connected to RU Wireless Secure. (Note: mobile printing will not work on the guest RU Wireless network, you must be logged into RU Wireless Secure)
2. Your username and password is the same as your Rutgers NetID and password - so use those credentials when logging in.
3. Release your print job at a printing station by swiping your Rutgers ID card. You won't be able to print without your ID card, so don't leave home without it!

How to print from a desktop computer in the computer lab
1. Send document to print
2. User must swipe their ID card at the Pharos screen.
3. Once the document shows up on the screen, user must touch the screen to select it.
4. Select the document, and press Print.
5. The document will print to the attached printer.

Adding Money

All students and faculty are given $30 every January 1st and July 1st to use for printing. This is the equivalent of 750 black and white sheets, 120 color sheets, or a combination thereof. The $30 is not replenished at the beginning of each semester.
2. Users can add funds by going to the Raider Card office in Woodward Hall, room 107, 91 Bleeker St.
3. Users should hold onto their receipts from the Raider Card Office in case there is an issue with funds showing up.
