CONTENTS
This bibliography gathers English-language works on the philosophy, politics, economics, history, organization, pedagogy, and sociology of public interest law practice, understood as lawyering which attempts to achieve a social or political goal beyond just the provision of legal services to the poor or other under-represented clients. It therefore excludes works which are primarily about pro bono service, as well as works which are primarily about legal and procedural questions underlying public interest practice, such as standing, fee awards, and class action procedures.
Within each category, the arrangement is: books first (in one alphabetical sequence, by author's last name, with edited works by title), then articles in a second alphabetic sequence by author.
