Introduction to the Law Library: Reference Librarians

This guide will help familiarize students with the Law Library at Rutgers Law School.

Reference Services

The reference staff of the law library consists of experienced legal researchers who are knowledgeable in all aspects of legal research. Our reference librarians have JDs or JD-equivalent degrees and understand the pressures of your research endeavors. We can assist you in your use of the library’s resources, including electronic databases, interlibrary loan, and special services.

Reference librarians are available during scheduled hours. Students who are looking for study guides and treatises to help them understand what they are learning in their courses should contact a librarian.

You can email one of the librarians directly, or you can email the Reference Desk: lawlib@camden.rutgers.edu
